Leandro C. D. Conde, associate researcher at LABMUNDO, began a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in February 2024 at the Post-Graduate Programme in Military Sciences (PPGCM) at the Meira Matos Institute (IMM) of the Army Command and General Staff School (ECEME). During this period, the political scientist will carry out the research project Climate Agenda and Sovereignty: Disputes, Interpretations and Coalitions in Securitisation in the Global South, under the supervision of our coordinator Rubens de S. Duarte.

With a PhD from the Institute of Social and Political Studies (IESP-UERJ), Leandro also acts as Adjunct Professor on the Political Science course at the Federal University of the Pampa (Unipampa), where he is substitute coordinator and coordinator of the Local Research Commission at the institution’s campus in São Borja.
