Carlos R. S. Milani participated on 3 and 4 May at the Saint-Laurent Forum on International Security. The Forum, created in 2015, celebrated this year its fourth edition, always seeking to deepen critical analyses on relevant issues of the international security agenda. The particularity of this Forum is to bring together university professors, researchers, experts and journalists from the French-speaking world, with Quebec as the main center for the promotion of debates. The three main universities involved in the organization of the Forum are the Raoul-Dandurand Chair in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies (University of Quebec in Montreal, UQAM), the Center for International Studies and Research (University of Montreal) and the Institute for Advanced International Studies (University of Laval). Participating in this fourth edition of the Forum were Charles-Philippe David (UQAM), Aurélie Campana (UQAM), Gaidz Minassian (Le Monde newspaper), Bertrand Badie (Sciences Po, Paris) and Clement Therme (International Institute for Strategic Studies, Bahrain), the latter two on the photo.
