Prof. Dr. Timóteo Saba M’bunde (LABMUNDO researcher and former chancellor at the Universidade Amílcar Cabral) was nominated head of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Guinea-Bissau. Timóteo has been a researcher at LABMUNDO since 2013, when he joined the master’s degree programme at IESP-UERJ, where he also completed his doctorate.
