On March the 14th and 15th 2019, Rubens de S. Duarte (PPGCM-IMM|ECEME) represented LABMUNDO at the workshop “The EU’s trade and development policies in a changing global environment”, organised by ARENA Centre for European Studies at Universitetet i Oslo campus. Beyond Rubens, the event has received more than 30 research from Europe, North America and Africa.

Rubens has presented a working paper in co-authorship with Carlos R. S. Milani named “From Subsidiarity and Localization to Norm Conception: Southern States in Aid/Cooperation Norm Circulation”.
