LABMUNDO researcher Murilo Gomes da Costa, Collaborating Professor in the International Relations graduation course at the Strategic Studies Institute of the Fluminense Federal University (INEST-UFF) was selected among the winners of the FLAD Atlantic Security Award 2022. The political scientist will receive funding of 20,000 euros to develop his research The Potential of Defence Cooperation in the South Atlantic: A comparative analysis of the cooperation initiatives offered by European extra-regional powers and Brazil. The prize is awarded annually by a partnership between the Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD) and the Atlantic Centre.
